Megan Dyamond (nee Wellbeloved)

Megan graduated from Wits University with a BA Hons in Psychology, and later completed a postgraduate Higher Diploma for Educators of Adults, also through Wits. She has worked in training and development for most of her professional life, initially within corporate life and then with three consultancies - Clive Acton Associates, FSA-Contact (now Human Capital, part of Deloitte & Touche), and Huthwaite Africa. She was a Director of Huthwaite for twelve years. In August 2002, Megan began free-lance work as a trainer/facilitator, and had part-time contracts with Human Capital and Huthwaite. She currently works as a Performance Consultant for Barclays Africa & Middle East.

Megan is very happily married (for 17 years) to Ken Dyamond who works in project management for Matomo Projects (previously for Bateman). They have two children (both keen rowers) - Kelly (15) who goes to St Andrews, and Brendan (13) who goes to St Benedicts.

After a foray into 'elsewhere', they ended up back in Germiston - "the dump with a big heart". Megan enjoys having some free time to tackle her garden, and cycle (well, not really cycle - pedal leisurely around the neighbourhood chatting to her cycle partner and pretending to get fit).

After being in their house in Germiston for 14 years, Megan and her family will be moving to Dowerglen in February 2007, to be closer to work and schools.
